1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States (including mainland U.S.; see note on remote locations below)

  • Selected international destinations (see Section 6)

2. Free Shipping to Canada & the United States

We’re proud to offer:

FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped to Canada and the United States.

  • No minimum order amount is required (unless we specify otherwise in a promotion).

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.

  • Optional upgraded or express services (if available at checkout) may incur an additional fee.

Remote / hard-to-reach locations:
In rare cases, certain remote or rural addresses may require an additional surcharge or may not be eligible for free shipping. If this applies to your address, we’ll contact you before processing your order to confirm options.


3. Order Processing Times

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing time: Typically 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an unusual delay, we will do our best to notify you by email.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, typical delivery estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): ~ 3–8 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.

4.2 United States

  • Standard Shipping (Free): ~ 4–10 business days

  • Certain locations (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or remote areas) may experience longer transit times.

4.3 Delivery Time Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Actual delivery may be affected by:

    • Carrier delays

    • Weather events

    • Customs inspections (for cross-border shipments)

    • Peak holiday volumes

Versa Lane is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always try to help if you experience issues.


5. Carriers & Tracking

We use reputable carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • USPS

  • UPS, FedEx, or other reliable courier services (as available)

Once your order ships:

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your order via the carrier’s website using that number.

If you do not receive a tracking email within a reasonable time after placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [email protected].


6. International Shipping (Outside Canada & the U.S.)

We may offer shipping to select international destinations.

  • Shipping fees for international orders will be shown at checkout and vary by destination and order size.

  • Delivery estimates will also vary by country, carrier, and customs processes.

6.1 Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders:

  • You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by your local government.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are not controlled by Versa Lane.

  • If you refuse to pay duties or taxes and your package is returned or abandoned, we may not be able to refund shipping fees and, in some cases, may deduct additional costs incurred.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.


7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Versa Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Unclaimed package

    • Refusal of delivery (unrelated to damage or error)

    we can:

    • Reship your order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or

    • Process a refund for the product(s) only, minus any original and return shipping costs, as applicable.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address shortly after ordering, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

8.1 Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “In Transit” for longer than the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the carrier’s website for any posted delays.

  2. Confirm your shipping address is correct.

  3. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information, and we’ll assist where possible.

8.2 Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost if:

  • The tracking has not updated for an extended period, and

  • The carrier confirms it cannot be located.

In such cases, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution may include replacement or refund, depending on the situation and carrier findings.

8.3 Stolen or “Delivered but Not Received”

If tracking shows the package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management.

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for more information.

  4. If the package is still not found, contact us.

While we’ll do our best to help, Versa Lane is generally not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing due to theft or similar circumstances. We will review these situations case-by-case.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • The packaging (outside and inside)

    • The damaged item(s)

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the damage

    • The photos mentioned above

We’ll review the situation and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the severity of the damage and product availability.


10. Partial Shipments & Out-of-Stock Items

10.1 Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages (for example, if items are shipped from different locations or if part of the order is back-ordered). You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

10.2 Out-of-Stock or Back-Ordered Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock:

  • We may contact you to offer:

    • A replacement item

    • A back-order with an estimated availability date

    • A refund for that item

If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may cancel and refund the out-of-stock item so the rest of your order can be shipped without delays.


11. Shipping Promotions & Changes

From time to time, Versa Lane may offer special shipping promotions, such as:

  • Free upgraded shipping

  • Threshold-based offers (e.g., free express shipping over a certain order value)

These promotions will be clearly indicated on our Site and may be subject to terms and conditions separate from this policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping rates, carriers, or policies at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is posted.
